All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary based on location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Free shipping applies to standard delivery within Australia.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the product in its original condition for a full refund. Return shipping costs may apply. Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no additional cost.

6. Warranty

CuddleCritter™ comes with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

CuddleCritter™ contains small parts and is recommended for children ages 3 and up. Adult supervision is recommended during use. Please follow all care and safety instructions included with the product.
